Keith routinely advises Company owners on matters of Company formation and structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate finance, commercial loans, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and more. In addition, Keith helps start-ups and growing Companies navigate through federal and state regulatory burdens so that they can become thriving sources of job creation.
